Somewhat Common Effect: Some Reduction in Body Fat

About 30% of all students who practice by viewing meditation videos daily will experience some reduction in body fat that occurs over time. This reduction typically happens over a period of about two to three years.

This reduction does not occur to students who are already lean.

An enhanced capability to reduce body fat by up to 5% to 10+% of body weight is a common healing benefit for students who eat a healthy balanced diet with the proper amount of Calories for a gradual reduction in body fat.

About 30% of all students use this enhanced capability by dieting successfully during this 2 to 3 year period to reduce body fat.

Some other students (about 20%) have so far not yet dieted to reduce body fat, but they do have enhanced capability to reduce body fat by dieting.

Other students (about 50%) are already sufficiently lean.

Actual amounts of reduction in body fat will vary by individual due to hereditary body differences and variations in practices including healthy eating practices and physical exercise.

1. A substantial fraction of early students are becoming more lean from Kundalini and Qi Gong under God practice and healing daily. This fraction is somewhat higher than 30%. The early students have a higher percentage of working-age people than the population as a whole.
2. Dr. D. Wong has also become more lean and stronger from practicing Kundalini and Qi Gong under God.
