Advice about Eating and Practicing Kundalini and Qi Gong under God

It is recommended to do the Kundalini and Qi Gong under God practice in between meals.   Try to avoid practicing as follows:

  • Practice should not ideally be done shortly after eating a meal when feeling quite full or feeling a bit tired or sleepy due to digesting food.

  • Practice should not ideally be done when feeling hungry or low on energy and needing to eat.

Practice at such non-ideal times would not cause a significant problem but is not ideal for the best results.

Eating spicy food is not recommended as such foods cause some feelings in the digestive system that tend to disturb concentration while doing meditations and prayers.
