Wearing Enough Clothing to Feel Neutral to Noticeably Warm

It is best for practitioners of Kundalini and Qi Gong under God to choose clothing to wear so that we have a neutral to noticeably warm body feeling.

A practitioner is advised to adjust the wearing of clothes during the day when the practitioner feels a cool or cold feeling. It is best to avoid feeling cold or cool when practicing Kundalini and Qi Gong under God. For example, a practitioner can add an outer layer of clothing on his/her upper body when that practitioner senses a cool feeling.

To be more precise, below are descriptions of the temperature feeling levels from the above statements:

Cold – feeling cold enough to start getting goosebumps on the skin or having some shivering.

Cool – a somewhat cool feeling. Thinking of possibly putting on another light to mid layer of upper body clothing without perspiring. Not feeling so cold as getting goosebumps on the skin or having some shivering.

Neutral – not feeling cool or warm. Not naturally thinking of changing to more warm clothing nor changing to less warm clothing. Not perspiring.

Noticeably Warm – some warm feeling in the torso area. Not yet perspiring to very light perspiring. Either feeling content with present clothing or gently thinking that changing to lighter clothing would be a little more comfortable. This could also be called comfortably to slightly warm.​ For example, if you go shopping and you wear an additional layer of clothing until you feel a little warm and start to perspire, this is a noticeably warm feeling and probably better than feeling cool.​

Too Warm – feeling too warm for best comfort and having some perspiration. Thinking it is preferable to remove an outer clothing layer or changing to less warm clothing.
