An experienced practitioner of Kundalini and Qi Gong under God can transfer Kundalini and Qi energies and pray for other people to receive Kundalini and Qi healing energies and healing effects with God’s help. This process is called Kundalini and Qi Gong energy empowerment under God.

Healing Help: This energy empowerment under God is often done to help other people to be in substantially better health with God’s help.
Boosting Energies of Students: This energy empowerment under God is also often done to help students practicing Kundalini and Qi Gong under God to learn and advance faster. This process boosts the Kundalini and Qi energies of such students allowing them to have higher energy levels more quickly.

For people who have not practiced Qi Gong before, some people will initially receive these energy empowerments without sensing body feelings such as Yin and Yang feelings. Over time, persons receiving empowerments can start to sense Qi Gong energy-related feelings.
Normal Energy Empowerment and Remote Energy Empowerment

Normal Energy Empowerment under God: Experienced practitioners can actively transfer energies to people within a short physical distance. For example, a practitioner can transfer Qi Gong energies directed from their hands to another person or persons up to several feet away or through direct touch.

Also, experienced practitioners can meditate and pray to get God’s help with energy transfer to people that are in the same room (or in a nearby room and visible to the practitioner). When an experienced practitioner is teaching the practice of Kundalini and Qi Gong under God in a seminar, this type of empowerment is typically occurring during the seminar, especially during the meditative practice periods.
Remote Energy Empowerment under God: A senior-level practitioner of Kundalini and Qi Gong under God can also pray to God for help to do this empowerment remotely. Remote energy empowerment is defined as empowerment performed when not in the same room or nearby and in visual contact.

With God’s help, this remote energy empowerment under God can take place even if the senior-level practitioner and the persons receiving such help are physically many thousands of miles apart.
​
A senior-level practitioner can pray to God for remote energy empowerment when teaching and healing via video transmission. This works for empowerments by live video call as well as empowerments by pre-recorded video.

In Kundalini and Qi Gong under God and most other meditative practices that have energy empowerments, these energy empowerments are described as an energy empowerment from an experienced qualified practitioner to other people.

This Kundalini and Qi Gong under God practice is authorized by God as a method of spiritual healing for health. It has been created and authorized by God to be both of the following for people:

In empowerments within Kundalini and Qi Gong under God, a qualified practitioner performs meditation and meditative prayers to God for the energy transfers and for special healing help from God.

At the same time, “empowerment from a qualified practitioner to other people” is the authorized way of describing and performing this energy empowerment process.
In Kundalini and Qi Gong under God, people practice and train to become qualified practitioners that can help others with empowerments.
The qualified practitioner should have the following to perform empowerments:

Sufficient knowledge of the practice of Kundalini and Qi Gong under God

Ability to focus his/her mental awareness fully during meditation at a medium to high level

A high level of full meditative focus is called samadhi.

The qualified practitioner’s own personal levels of Kundalini and Qi energies determines maximums on the amount of energy that can be transferred by empowerment to other people. A practitioner with very high personal levels of Kundalini and Qi energies is enabled by God to perform more powerful empowerments for other people.

Dr. D. Wong has very high levels of personal Kundalini and Qi energies and therefore can perform more powerful empowerments to help others.

Kundalini and Qi Energy Empowerments in Dr. Wong’s Qi Gong Practice

Dr. Wong uses Kundalini and Qi energy empowerments regularly as part of teaching and healing people in Kundalini and Qi Gong under God.
​
For students who are not yet experienced meditators that can meditate and pray with samadhi focus (very steady focus on God and prayers), progress in Kundalini and Qi Gong under God would have been gradual over several years without frequent empowerment help from a qualified teacher.
Meditative ability develops gradually over a time period of five to ten years.
​
With daily empowerments from meditation videos from Dr. D. Wong, the meditative and spiritual progress of students is more rapid.
​
Also, the healing of students and other people who are not yet experienced meditators is much better with daily strong empowerment energy from the meditation videos.
​
For people who are already experienced meditators with samadhi focus, progress by doing self-practice and doing practice using the meditation videos are both helpful. Within one to two months of starting practice of Kundalini and Qi Gong under God using the meditation videos, such practitioners usually reach a high Kundalini energy level. Energy empowerments by Dr. Wong helps most experienced meditators to be boosted to a substantially higher Kundalini energy level than they would achieve without such empowerments. This helps to have more Qi energy that is used for healing and strengthening.

Some people who have done a daily period of prayers with concentration for a number of years also develop a samadhi level of focus by doing that practice. Then their focus level is sufficient to make rapid progress like experienced meditators with samadhi focus.

More About the Energy Empowerments

There are three ways that students and those receiving healing treatments can receive energy empowerments and healing help in Dr. Wong’s Qi Gong practice:

People practice daily using the meditation videos from Dr. D. Wong in order to receive daily energy empowerments and meditation help. This is the main method because students can practice at convenient times and receive energy empowerments daily.

People can receive Kundalini and Qi energy empowerments and healing help if they go to meet in person with Dr. Wong for a session of meditation and meditative prayers to God.​

People can also receive Kundalini and Qi energy empowerments and healing help from God when Dr. Wong does meditative prayers for them. This is a method for remote energy empowerment by the teacher (empowerment without meeting in person).
Initially, the energy empowerments help to rapidly boost the Kundalini and Qi energy levels of students and other people receiving healing help. These people will then have much higher Kundalini and Qi energy levels than before.

During and after the empowerments, most new people will start to experience some body feelings caused by Qi Gong.
Within about two weeks to two months after the empowerments, people who are not experienced meditators will typically start noticing some initial improvement in their health.
​
This empowerment process is very helpful for helping people to progress much faster and to have health improvements much sooner. Many potential students who are not yet experienced meditators would prefer to progress faster and be healed more instead of developing more gradually over several years.
