Balanced Diet helps with the Healing Process from Kundalini and Qi Gong under God

A suggested regular healthier set of meals for those without special dietary requirements would include a balanced diet of better carbohydrates, fats and oils, and protein sources plus vegetables and fruits during each day.

 

Eating foods with a sufficient amount of carbohydrates and proteins balanced with medium oil/fat and vegetables and fruits is very helpful for healing and strengthening the body when practicing Kundalini and Qi Gong under God.    A balanced diet provides the necessary energy and the molecular building blocks for healing to take place.

 

A diet that is imbalanced in having only a low amount of daily carbohydrates or a low amount of daily proteins or a low amount of daily oils/fats will slow down or limit healing progress and strengthening progress.

 

For Kundalini and Qi Gong under God practitioners, consumption of physical energy increases moderately as the practitioner progresses to higher Kundalini and Qi energy levels.   Practitioners should plan for and start to consume moderately more carbohydrates each day compared to before to provide this additional physical energy.  This provides some additional physical fuel for body metabolism including for health improvement from Kundalini and Qi Gong under God.

 

A diet that has a low amount of carbohydrates is not as helpful because the body will not have enough carbohydrate energy to improve health optimally although the Kundalini and Qi energy levels may be greatly increased and would be able to support more health improvement.

 

Carbohydrate-rich foods are usually best if they are easy to digest and contain mostly complex carbohydrates, except for fruit and fruit juices. Some better carbohydrate-rich foods include steamed rice, boiled or microwaved potatoes, mashed potatoes, boiled pasta, or bananas (usually uncooked).

 

Protein sources should be eaten in medium to medium-high quantities to best support health improvement.   A medium to medium-high protein intake is helpful to support health improvements from practicing Kundalini and Qi Gong under God.   Some people who have been eating high amounts of proteins per day may receive intuitive guidance to know that a medium-high amount of proteins per day is sufficient when practicing Kundalini and Qi Gong under God.

 

A well-balanced diet should also include a balanced medium amount of fats and oils (lipids). 

 

Some people try to reduce their Caloric intake or otherwise improve health by eating a low-fat diet.  This can be OK when done carefully during a period of time of dieting to reduce fat.  Over a longer period of time, eating a balanced amount of fats and oils is essential for optimal health.  

 

Fat and oil molecules are an important part of the building blocks of a human body.   For example, the cell membranes of the cells in a person’s body contain a high proportion of lipid molecules.  Lipid molecules are also very important for brain function.
